Hi.

Does any have issues with Sygic? It will run but when I try and run a "streaming" music app in the background, both apps crash pretty much straight away. I've tried BBC radio app, an app called "radioplayer" and Deezer. All crash.

I've disabled Duraspeed, and the Background Task Killer. I also re-installed all the apps but no difference.

If you use the Split screen mode both apps will run mostly fine but getting Sygic to load in this mode take a few attempts and you need to set the route up in full screen mode before putting into split screen mode.

Has anyone else seen this? Any ideas what I could try?

It ended up getting fixed by a software update im pretty sure so I would love if it could get fixed.
The tint is not as bad, but same principal.

Hi,
I can't reproduce your issue. Have you disabled the old System WebView app as I've shown it in this post?: http://community.umidigi.com/forum.php?mod=redirect&goto=findpost&ptid=15305&pid=69042&fromuid=974

The USB connection is okay but the portable device connection gets created only when your phone is already booted into system or recovery. You should catch an earlier state. As soon as you connect your powered off phone to USB, first it should connect as preloader com port but without any action through that connection, it lasts only for a few seconds.

I can't reproduce your issue and I don't remember if anyone else has reported it, so a software update might not fix your screen. Maybe the characteristics of your screen or its controller are different than the standard. Maybe the controller provides some leaking electricity that triggers some red dots of the screen.

Try reproduce it by installing LCD and AMOLED test and turning the brightness down to the lowest setting.
Go into a dark area and you should see a reddish tinge.

I know how to test screens but for your sake I tried that specific app. Absolutely nothing, black is perfectly black. Maybe other users here will also check it but I guess if it were a general issue, not you'd be the only one who reports it.
