You need suspecting Bluetooth devices fault too.
Please test Bluetooth device. Yes you are right that you can adjust volume level in engineering mode.
Go to call dialer and type in ( *#*#3646633#*#* ) then hardware testing - audio - choose option of handsfree and change value to 252 on NB and WB.
If doesn't working  please increase other value too. You no need change DL Gain.
I don't have same issues on my device.
Also please update phone too latest available firmware and perform factory reset. But after factory reset you need again adjust values in engineering mode.

\n\nNoticed this as soon as I setup the phone. I don't think I've ever seen an panel do this. It's almost like it's refreshing each line of pixels too slowly/unevenly during a single frame?
Text and elements on the screen stretches out when scrolling down, and smushes together when scrolling up. Straight lines look wavy when scrolling left or right as well!

Thank you! After changing the values of NB and WB, the volume level increased.

Hi I have a problem where the phone randomly keeps restarting itself. once this happens it will keep restarting endlessly till the phone runs out of battery.

Hello my umidigi z1 has entered bootloop after I try to start it and already tried to do hard reset and stock by the flash tool and it persists in bootloop I will try to make OTA by the SD card last hope.
If anyone can help with this error I will be grateful the room used is that same 20170726
