Hi,
Normally there are no such issues with this version. Have you flashed your phone with SP Flash Tool?
Updates are frequently released for a while but they are not scheduled.

There is a problem with most online voice messengers. When caller is apeaking he hears his voice with some delay, there is the echo. The echo sound is very clear and loud. The programs are Viber, Telegram. Other messengers wich can work smartly with echo cancellation algorithms are trying to kill this echo but sometimes it is also present. For example Whatsapp, Skype. It seems that there is a problem with program mixer which routes sound from speaker to mic path for these programs. Please note that there is no any acoustic feedback. The mic cannot hear speaker, checked also with headset.
It is first time I encountered with such problem, my previous phone Umi Max has no this issue. Now all my callers are complining that they cannot speak with me due to echo. Please note that GSM is working perfectly. There is no any echo effect during an ordinary call.

The option I'm referring to is "Eyebrow mode".
After activation, the screen disappears and nothing can be done any more. Restarting the screen will remain active for about 30 seconds and then disappear again. The only solution is the Hard reset.
Did you think about a firmware update to fix this bug? This bug is visible in the Italian review on Youtube of the Android World page (rewiew Umidigi Z1PRO)

I can't reproduce your issue.
Which Eyebrow mode are you trying to use in combination with what screen brightness setting?

look by the minute 5:10 to 8:10 you see the problem, the reviewer then succeeds in turning the problem off to fatigue. I did not succeed.
Thanks for the time you are dedicating, hopefully with a firmware upgrade you can fix everything because the option was very interesting.

I am having the exact same issue as the youtube video. I have not been able to upgrade to the latest ROM.

Will the new ROM fix for this or should I send it back and get a totally different phone?

Please flash the latest version (V1.1_20170826) with SP Flash Tool.

Hello! I have a problem with volume level in bluetooth hands free mode. Very quiet speaker sound. The microphone is working normally. How can I increase the volume of the speaker in this mode?
