Umi rome screen ghostly double images

Sorry to trouble you can I ask for help  My wife's phone is at times showing a double image on the screen she calls it ghosting.  Can you point me to what the cause of this would be please.

Hi! Attempts to remove the original cover and check if the problem continues. In my case is better.
but i cannot find annother original cover.
