Port Roms from MTK6752

Hello guys

Someone knows exactly if it is possible to port roms from MTK6752 Phones to our IRON MTK6753?
I think i have read it anywhere, that its possible to port from lower mtk to higher mtk chipset.

For example the Lenovo K3 Note has a much roms, MIUI too.

I have made a MIUI Port from K3 Note.
But i have not the time to test it in the moment, because its too long to backup, restore and all with the UMI, if something will run wrong, for example bootloops and so on.

Maybe you can try to compile it from source.
There is the Elephon P8000 kernel source (MT6753): https://github.com/elephone-dev/P8000-Kernel
You can use AOSP as a base than MIUI patchroom to make it MIUI.
