On February 1st I bought a C Note 2 from GearBest with shipping from Europe (Holland). A few days ago I finally put it into production and I found that it does not support 3G and 4G, but only Edge and H+. Is all this normal? Is it a problem that can be solved with a software update? What can I do?
Are you sure you have a UMIDIGI C Note 2? Please check your phone model and version in Settings --> About phone. Please share the Build number with us.
