Following these steps I managed to install the applications.
Do not forget after the TWRP, GAPPS and install  "Market Helper" to change the model of the smartphone.

After installation disappeared: camera, callendar, messaging and e-mail!
As about the apps i didn't manage to install before
First it didn't work. After Sometime (half an hour) and 3-4 restarts it suddenly starts working.
It enabled me to download and install all the apps i've discribed earlyer
BUT the app Gett (Get taxi) keeps crushing all the time! Tryed to uninstall and install again - didn't work.
App Yellow also crashes all the time, Pango and PayPal working.

Gmail started to crush also!

I don't know what to do now. Gapps didn't solved my problem. Maybe i should try some other Gapps.

Since you have tried many version, I suggest you to start from scratch.
Delete any update of the Google apps. Especially Play store, play services.
Install 1.8 ROM via TWRP (you can do this without loosing your data, but do a backup to be sure) (do not reboot yet!)
Install opengapps ARM64 5.1 nano.
Wipe Dalvik cache and optionally cache.
Reboot the phone.

So this is what works for me. I don't exactly know what really helped me here, but here what i did:
1. Install 1.8 ROM thru RootJoy Official
2. Download and install an app Device Spoofer (since Store Helper didn't work it crushes all the time)
Device spoofer costs you 1$ in the store, it worked for me so i might help
3. In Device Spoofer you can change your phone model to something else (i've change it to Samsung S5)
4. Restart (in that step it still doesn't work so don't worry)
5. Uninstall updates and then Disable Google Play
6. Uninstall updates and then Disable Google Services
7. By using a RootJoy Root Recovery with TWRP
8. By using a RootJoy enter into recovery mode.
9. Install Opengapps ARM64 5.1 nano (for me this is the ONLY Gapps that works)
10. After the phone restarts you should re-enter into your google account
11. Enable Google Services and update them
12. Reinstall Google play (whitch can be downloaded as .apk everywhere. Update it

In that point it should work! Good Luck!

Hi Vadimus,

I have the same phone UMi rome and same problem that apps are not compatible, eg. Viber, Skype...

In order to flash the phone, can you please tell me which ROm should I download and install, version 3.01 or 3.03 (both official)? or maybe Flyme Os 4.5....version?
I am kinda of new in this kind of things.
I installed rootjoy sucessfully.
I will try to skip device spoofer as play store doesnt find this app and other user said that isnt maybe necessary.

What is TWRP? can u explain a bit more step no. 7 (By using a RootJoy Root Recovery with TWRP)?

can u explain step no. 9 (Install Opengapps ARM64 5.1 nano)? Install where on computer or downlodad it on comp and install it thru Rootjoy?

After all 12 steps can u normally install all apps on the phone?

some miracle happened. I did not touch the phone for 1 day and after that trying to install apps and it worked without any flashing , or disabling google services....anything. It works now

Can anyone explain this?
