Display lcd UMI ROME

Hi,
I wanted to ask you if the Umi Rome LCD display is compatible with the Umi Rome X display,
you can install the Umi Rome X display on Umi Rome
I ask this question because my Umi Rome broke both the touch screen and the lcd display,
i Bought the original assembled frame + touch + lcd replacement saying that they are the same but installed does not turn on and it is black
now i tell it is not compatible with Umi Rome but only with Umi Rome X. Help..
