Emergency kit problem

Hi folks,
This is the situation:
Emergency kit works well and restore everything (with original software, IMEI and others)

There are 2 problems:
- "system updates" on "about phone" return back to home
- NETWORK IS UNKNOWN!!! i'm italian and when i press *#*#4636#*#* i find only USA Band. maybe is not a baseband for europe?

My umi emax mini is unusable since two weeks. damn!!!
You could provide a tool to fix the bands?

Maybe you could play with QPST/Service Programming especially on the UMTS System page. Or here's a Guide about this settings.

without a guide I'm not succeeding.

I'm going to get an emax mini in a couple of weeks. Before that I can't work out specific solutions.

@demo4pda when i press on adb "adb devices", Umi emax is recognized.
besides, with cm12.1, root works fine.
