Wake gestures are available. But there are Bugs - When wake up the phone with "draw up" gesture, after it you see the "drawed line" still when you pull down the notifications or the quick Settings. BUG
Bug appears with all wake up gestures. - Means this feature is totally crap

I'm glad I'm still on 1.5 and everything except audio via headphone works fine. It seems that every new ROM makes it even worse I sure won't buy any UMI phone in the future again after my IRON.

Is there any bug that presents in newer versions, but not in 1.5? ...
I read about battery drain, unsynched camera flash, random call disruptions and 3G/Wifi connection problems on 1.6. Now a new gesture bug has been reported on 1.7 and no one knows what else we will encounter. I need my phone as a daily driver and won't change a running system only for a higher version number. My phone works okay on 1.5 without the mentioned bugs so I won't change it.

I have installed it with rootjoy.
Just put the zip in the rootjoy download folder and you can choose it in flash option.
Worked like the rootjoy-updates before
