I can not make updates on umidigi crystal, I download it when I update it shows error in android.
what should I do?

I'm sorry but further details about the bug fixes are not provided.
MediaTek has not provided (at least not yet) for Android Oreo development, so we don't know what will happen to it. The Crystal probably won't receive Oreo upgrade. Usually only flagship models can expect that if the needed resources are available.
