As a last chance try again with SP Flash Tool.
1. Load the scatter file and select the Format All + Download option
2. Click on the Download button
3. Press and hold all the three side buttons of your phone and while holding the buttons, connect your phone to USB.
4. Keep the buttons held until the flashing process get started. It can take up to 10 seconds.
5. As soon as the flashing process has started, release the buttons and wait for the finish.

If still nothing happens, you might have a hardware defection or at least a bad USB cable connection.

Please let me know the address and the data of the person to which I can send the defective phone back.

Do you mean this version via OTA (since you haven't received it yet) or the next version after this latest one?

Is it safe to flash this ROM via QGPD? Or do I need to wait for the next version?

I have received the phones and still have not updated them, do I have to do this manually or will I be able to do it automatically (OTA)?
