I exactly repeated your actions - the program does not find the phone. All drivers installed, checked - they've installed fine. Apparently the problem still in the phone. And another question: why would the program access the Internet? if the Internet is disabled on your computer, it won't even start .

Please let me know what kind of com port you see in the device manager after connecting your phone. You should see this:
preloader.jpg

The number of the com port doesn't make sense.

Then the preloader of your phone does not work, its partition has been wiped or damaged. SP Flash Tool can repair it. If you select the preloader partition only and uncheck all other partitions, SPFT will be able to accept the MediaTek USB Port connection and flash the preloader partition. Next time the preloader will work (your phone will connect as preloader com port), and you'll be able to flash your phone normally. However, it's about SP Flash Tool but you can't configure QGPD to flash only the preloader partition. If you haven't tried it yet, try to flash only the preloader partition with SP Flash Tool.

I tried flash only the preloader partition with SP Flash Tool - the error is the same "ERROR STATUS_EXT_RAM_EXCEPTION (0xc0050005)".
I tried to clamp the button volume down, tried to clamp all three buttons at once - no result.

Yes, I tried and now tried again - didn't hold any buttons, and downloaded only the preloader. Same error as always.

8. Press and hold the volume-down button of your phone and connect it to USB - Your phone must be powered off. (As soon as your port gets added to the list, release the vol-down button or your phone will boot into factory mode)

...The phone was connected and disconnected then loop same like I try with SPFT before.
