That's not true. Fastboot commands work immediately after installing the unbrick kit. I tested it multiple times. Read again the first post for a step by step tutorial. I've updated the page.

No such information on the official product page and I don't remember if I've ever seen that picture there.

Just been looking over at UMI¡s main web and they've changed the rom info for the max mini, now it states Cyanogenmod v11, not v12 and Android 5.1 is not even on there anymore only 5.0.

Strange stuff!

We also may treat the '

UMI eMAX mini_001_10/19/2015' version installed by the Unbrick Kit as an official release and that's the latest version.

Is there a chanhlog to see a difference if any) between v100 from 25.9. and v100 from 19.10.

Checking the System Upgrade claims that preinstalled v100 from 25.9. Is the latest, with no upgrade available.

The 25.9. version permanently collapses if you try to access the recovery. That even happens if you initiate a factory data reset in the running Android. Version 19.10 is safe with working stock recovery. No other changes are known.
