No, it can't be. Only SP Flash Tool as the description says.

Work, still not perfect. USB is really painfully slow. Sound crack sometime. Better than 1.6 ? Yes but don't expect too much. Seem conform to changelog. So no really need to flash it.

I got tired of this "mess" with UMI Iron - Audiophile-a-like sound quality - worse than my 5$ Clip MP3 player.
Front facing camera - crap. USB speed - slow like 1.1 USB.
Sold mine for 170$, and bought Letv x600 32GB for 200$,  
Stellar sound, OIS Camera, and real USB C - speed and charge.
