I'm having a problem with the UMI MAX phone. I tried several times to insert a ROM STOCK. The SP Flash Tool works fine, the process completes successfully, but when the android settings begin to appear, system errors start to appear and the device restarts several times until it hangs on the UMI startup screen. Can I recover my device?

Try to power on your phone without SIM card and SD card installed in it. If that doesn't change anything, try to flash your phone using another computer and another USB cable. If you still face the same issue, as a very rare occasion, your phone might have a defective flash chip inside. That cannot be repaired, the only way is to replace your phone.

You can find your IMEI numbers on the packing box of your phone.

You can simply auto-generate it with the app.

Hello, I need you help !

I have a UMIDIGI Z Pro phone and live in France.
Since the data connection / mobile network coverage was not stable at all, I tried to change cell network region in my phone with the code *#*#4636#*#* Then choosin Euro radio band.
After this step I also enabled only the band I needed to my carrier (Orange) : B3 / B7 / B20 with the use of the code *#*#3646633#*#* (Then Telephony / Band Mode / SIM 1)

Since I lost my imei, nothing is displayed when typing *#06#.
I run SN writer with success (entering my original IMEI), I got the PASS green logo but still my sim card is not recognized and no IMEI is displayed !

What can I do to get my phone working again and my sim card detected?
