I can take the DB file from different rom version? So now run the 1.5 and take DB from 1.4?

Hey, After my eMax mini was softbricked and recovered I have no imei numbers on either sim. Can I use this tool to correct the problem on that model?

Wrong driver or bad USB connection. You should check in Windows device manager (COM portrs) whether your phone is identified as Preloader USB VCOM port after connecting to USB or not.

Files that are in, ROM are referenced as MTK 6735 and think it should be 6753

This tool is created by MediaTek, not UMI. Anyway, I absolutely don't know what you're talking about.

Does the VCOM driver have to stay there as long as my phone is connected? When I connect my phone (no battery) it appears for a second then disappears.

Yes, it has to, but you should connect your phone with the battery in it.
