Definitely not a lot, just a few.
The K3 Note was already available when I bought my eMax, so I could compare the two phones. The K3 Note has lower screen brightness while I can see the screen of the eMax well even under the brightest sunlight. The eMax a bit higher performance with lollipop (I tested with TCL M2M firmware) and just a bit lower performance with KitKat than the K3 Note and despite the K3 Note, without lags and delays. The battery life of eMax is significantly better. I also didn't want to buy a white or yellow color and plastic looking phone.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 is a newer one but (except its price) that's a disappointment for me. The Helios X10 doesn't offer really higher performance, the camera is not better than the one in the eMax, the battery life is much worse and you can't extend the memory with SD card. This latter option is a must-have for me. I use my eMax with a 64GB Samsung Evo so I have an all in all 80GB fast storage. So, the Redmi Note 2 is not an option.
