The phone disconnects itself from wifi pretty offen. It displays "Obtaining IP address...", then "Saved" then again "Obtaining IP address..." and again several times. After a while it connects. None of the other phones connected to this wifi have this issue. Please advise.

It seems to be conflicting MAC addresses (your phone has the same address used by another connected device) or misconfigured settings of the router but I can't tell it remotely. Did you try to connect to different Wi-Fi routers?

I have the same issue with Umidigi X - it has been reinstalled, tried all sorts of stuff with the router. Using Guest WIFI so no other connections on that. And same. Its the only device that loses Wifi in the house. It is normally within 2 meters of the router, with no radio, no walls blocking the signal.

I have a Umidigi Bison with the similar problems. It loses the Wi-Fi connection on 2.4G and 5G. I also have an eero mesh router. I have about 20 different devices and the Bison is the only one with problems. I think it has to do with two settings in the mesh router.

Band Steering - tries Wi-Fi 5G instead of 2.4G. If this off it works better.
WPA3 - greater security than WPA2. If this off it works better.

The Problem was when I had wifi and bluetooth on at the same
What fixed this problem for me was to go to
Developer Options and scroll down to developer options and change
The Bluetooth AVRCP Version. I had 1.4 on and switched to 1.3 and it is working fine
now. then I changed to 1.6.Seems there is a problem with version 1.4 in my phone.

Same problem with an Umidigi A9 Pro 2021.
I thought I solved it by changing a setting in the specific wifi connection, advanced section/Privacy from "Use randomized MAC" to "Use device MAC", but problem is now happening again.
