[ROM] UMI eMAX KitKat CM 1003

Look at my new ROM for our UMI eMax. It's a modified Android 4.4.4 KitKat based on the last official ROM by UMI V05, Build-Date 15.07.2015 with working Xposed Framework.
- Deodexed ROM.
- Added the fantastic and small CMLauncher.
- Keyboard replaced with SwiftKey.
- Browser replaced with Google Chrome.
- Dolby
- Pre Rooted with Chainfires SuperSU.
- PreInstalled Xposed Modules: Xposed NotifyClean (SIM2 not detected…), Advanced Power Menu Plus (APM+), Holo Themer and Xposed XuiMod (Clock settings, it shows the seconds in the Status Bar and other tweaks). And much more you can do with the modules. Works great on the eMax.
- Modded Settings.apk with colored icons.
- Added gps.conf for Europe.
- System UI Sounds from ColorOS 2.1
Updated Google Play Store and Google Play Services
Only three Google Apps. (Chrome, Drive and Google Maps updated), all other Google stuff deleted.
Delete other unnecessary apps.
New system apps:
- the replacements, look above.
- the Xposed stuff, look above.
- CMLauncher
- X-plore File Manager
- CameraMX
- MXPlayer
- Ultimate Sound Control
- ColorOS 2.1 Wallpapers
Additional User apps, you can simple uninstall:
- TitaniumBackup
- Facebook
- Messenger
- WhatsApp
- Nokias HERE Maps (for a fantastic offline navigation)

Attention:
After install this ROM, the CM Launcher loads and you can’t do the settings at the first start in KitKat. You must close the launcher with the left Android Key. Choose “CM Settings” and click here on "Default Launcher". Now you can do the first steps to activate the Status Bar.

Additional tweak:
A new framework.jar file for this ROM, that allows individual audio settings for System Volume, when you want. You find a slider for this in the preinstalled app "Ultimate Sound Control".

Thank you for your rom. Have you fixed battery statistic not resetting after fully charged ?

Thanks for your serious work.
Maybe you mean, the SIM2 detecting problem refers only to Xposed NotifyClean, and the phone can use the SIM2 with this OS?!

Don't recommend, now my phone freezes even installing the official ROM, it's impossible to use! help!

for battery stats use this Xposed Tool for KitKat http://repo.xposed.info/module/c ... terystatspermission

The ROM works with 2 SIM Cards, of course. When you have only 1 SIM in the phone a message shows, that SIM 2 is not detected. You can disable this with NotifyClean, that's all.

My phone freezes not. It's much better than stock one. Modifications on the framework makes it faster. I think it's stable. Problems with GravityBox only. The Preinstalled Xposed Tools work fine.

That xposed module will not fix the battery stats not resetting with the build-in battery stats function in the phone settings section.

How does this ROM fair with the ghost touch issues people are experiencing as i found some ROMS are better then others or are you one of the lucky ones who haven't ever had any problems?

And what about the 64-bit support?
Anyway, your ROM seems to be promising. I'll have time at the weekend to try it and if it's stable and useful overall, I'd like to place it in the ROM section. If you want to keep your paypal donation link to be accessible, that's possible to provide the needrom link only.

I flashed TWRP Recovery on my eMax, wiped everything and tried to flash your ROM and it gives me some errors, I boot into android and it doesnt recognize my internal storage and the gsm module too


So I reflashed the rootjoy recovery and flashed the UMI rom again.
