This phone I really liked, but it worked for 3 days, and the problems started, when watching a video or just when connected to a Wii fi processor heats up to 42 C and the sensor starts to work itself randomly. Who can help me? I did not give any rewriting results, sadly. ...

42 °C of cpu under load is very normal working temperature so there is no solution. Please restart phone (switch off and then reboot after few seconds) as maybe you have some apps running in background.
Also please not use phone while charging as this will increase temperature also.

Hi everyone, thanks for the response. Temperature 42 C may be good for the processor, but it is at this temperature that the sensor starts chaotic running, flashing, resetting the factory settings did not give anything, I can not use the new smartphone in full force ...

Hi! I also have a problem with heating. I have a Umidigi C Note since May and sometimes the phone overheats, the screen freezes and I can't use the phone at all. When it gets colder it starts working again normally. One of these nights, while it was charging it stopped because it was too hot (in the whole night it didn't finish the charge, and I even took it out of the protection cover). The heating also affected the sound and I wasn't being able to shut down the phone. Once again when it cooled down, I restarted it and it started working normally. I'm becoming a little worried about it... Is there anything I can do?
