Received the new Umidigi C Note. Was happy in the begining, but now completely upset with that. Everyone is complaining that they cant hear me while on call.
receiving and making a call other person is not able to hear me. it is really frusturating
please advise resolution
I have the same problem and when making calls I hear a background noise as if it were a short circuit, when shaking the phone sometimes that noise disappears.
My C note phone stopped working completely and cannot be restarted as it does not recognise screen touch commands. Tried so many different ways. Less than a year old and retailer cannot help.
What can unidigi do?
