I need to unroot Umidigi G

Hi friends.

Bought this smartphone today I think it's a big deal, but I got a problem what I need to solve (or return the phone to the dealer): it comes rooted, and some bank apps what I need don't want to open.

It's there any option to unroot it and easily solve this problem?

I have the device and it is not rooted. Unless the seller rooted it.
Flash the firmware with SP Flash Tool.
P.S: Better uncheck preloader partition to avoid any issues

Thanks friend, but I am not willing to change anything in the ROM of the phone when I just bought it.

You should contact to shop where you bought device with question why phone is rooted as umidigi not selling rooted phones.
If phone is rooted with not knowing way you have only one option to remove root which is complete ROM flash with SPFT.

Sorry friends:

After check the smartphone with two root checker apps they said my phone is not root, so the problem comes from my bank app, what after update leave me some partial use (any security compatibility problem with andro 7, probably).

So do you have this problem with other apps? I have the exact issue buy with WhatsApp. I can't even register it as the device has the rooted custom ROM problem.
