Hi, suddenly when I go into music player it is saying no music and when I go into vlc it states no media. I halve checked my storage and I still have 30gb of 64g used? Has anyone else had this issue? If so, what can I do to resolve it? I don't want to reformat my sandisk SD card and lose all my media.
Maybe switch off phone, remove SD card, copy everything on PC, put back SD card in to phone, restart and test. If still doesn't working you need format SD card but you have backup on PC.
