Umidigi G only allows 4 calls at a time

Not sure if this is the right place for this post but I have got a new Umidigi G and the phone is great except 1 thing. I can only make or receive 4 calls before it wont allow any more without changing to airplane mode and back again. Every 5th call that I either make or receive there is no sound for either me or the person at the other end of the phone yet as soon as I turn the network connection off and on again it will work.

Any ideas?

Please check for updates.
Then perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset) if still your issues are existing please use SPFT and flash your phone.

I cannot confirm this error on my phone. Just made 6 calls in a row.
