I have a cheap no name Bluetooth radio in my nissan.
My super works great. Never drops or reconnecting.
This was in 6.0 eragon and in stock 7..
Only in LineageOS it doesn't work.

you mean non factory made bluetooth...I have no problem with my bluetooth headset but in my citroen C4 (factory built in) bluetooth I have disconnections.
I have done a clean install with the latest ROM but no change

Well, I use my Super with my Mitsubishi with very little fuzz. Occasionally (like once every month)  ...

Mats, looks like you are the exception in this case.

Also found that NOT all contacts are synced to my car, some are missing in the contact list.  When i drop the connection and build a new one the new contacts are synced.

Again the ony way to let my phone connect with my car is to build a new connection and sync it. After leaving the car disable the bluetooth on the phone, start the car and wait one minute. After this put BT on and reconnect the phone. This is the only way it works.

@UMI any new BT software drivers coming soon to fix these bugs?

You tried to get answers from Volvo? Just tried today in a nissan and a Mitsubishi both work perfectly with my super.

I also have this problem with a latest gen VW Golf. It started after this last OTA update (v7.01_20170607). Bluetooth keeps dropping (HFP) apter pairing making the car kit unusable. Until this last update all worked well so it is NOT a car issue. Probably just plain stupid programming. Good lesson before buyng this chinese crap again

Check this with Volvo and they have placed a newer version of their software on my carkit. Result is still the same and no correct connection possible. After this we (Volvo Engineer and i) tried to connecct a XIamo m4c, A samsung S7 and a Iphone 7 and all phones connected without a problem.

So again this proves that the problem is a 100% Umi problem. I already ordered a new phone as this phonbe is to unstable to use.

Sorry UMI you just lost a customer, hopefully their will be a update to correct this for future customes as this is really really really bad that a BT connection isnt possible without a problem.
