Hello, I have a problem with the phone battery.

Yesterday, my phone turned off a first time because of the low battery. Until then everything is normal. Then, i turned on again the phone back on because I had something to do on it, and a few minutes after the phone turned off without a power-off message. No response from the phone when charging, no screen that lights up, nor the red led.
I tried to do a "reset" with the power + volume "-" button but nothing. He's in charge since this morning. Would the phone be dead?
