I reading everyday all posts and trying answer but I don't know answers for every question. You can't talk about aftersales support as Cristal is not in sale yet.

I'm  sorry, you're right. I didn't mean the aftersales. But the're a lot of promises, and they're not realised. The Umidigi Crystal should be available on June 15th (today), but latest status update on the website is from June 2nd.
No updates and little info available since then.

if the quality of the phone is as good as the every day changing info or better lack of info, then its beter to buy something else. Poor service

\n\nWhat about the gps. My gps doesnt work. I cant get a gps fix. Anyone else with this problem? Dont know if this is a hardware or a software problem.

I can get a fix pretty fast, down to 6m accuracy, though the signal isn't the strongest. It's usable at least. It may be worse indoors or inside a car.

i cant get a gps fix in the open air. tried so many times. i am afraid that my gps module is defect. this my second umidigi phone with hardware issue
