HI,
  I planned to order Crystal from any of the reseller online. But what is the gurantee of the product quality.
Where can i go for after sale service. What about spare parts requirement duing warranty period and after warranty period.
Will the mobile be priced more in the reseller while mobile release.
Where is the service centre in Tamil Nadu, India.

Also a manufacturer who launches a new phone every month surely can't test their phones very well or assure high quality checks (which is why mine broke after 6 months)

The main problem with the UMI phones is that nobody feels responsible to service and repair ... I have 2 phones which I cannot get repaired .. nowhere and at UMI they have no support site.

Every supplier is taking full responsibilities about warranty but some suppliers can change a bit warranty roles, so please read before purchasing.

What happened to these phones? Is it a software problem - maybe a new rom will help or is the display broken - take a look at aliexpress. Maybe you can get there a new one and repair it by yourself.

I agree, I don't think I would buy another UMI because of the customer service - the only point of contact is the forum here. If something goes wrong (I have a broken phone, too) even under warranty you end up having to pay for shipping the phone back to the seller AND pay their shipping out to you for a replacement or repaired phone!

Yes, for company gearbest and bangood is one of the biggest partner, if there is something goes wrong, in the first time we will talk with these sites and make a compensation. Almost in these sites there is better custom service for the buyer. But this is just my opinions.
