Lollipop for UMI Emax have any progress?

I envy their tranquility. While there are a lot of issues that should be solved urgently (eMax lollipop, Iron sound and USB speed issues, promised CM and MIUI for Iron and Hammer S etc.), they just go on holiday and disappear again and again. I couldn't do that while I know, there are a lot of customers (people who gave me their money and trust me) out there waiting for me to solve the issues of the products I sold them or to give the services/software, that I promised.
Many of you guys request answers to your questions from me, but I can't access again any of those UMI employees since last Thursday. No response, so no answers from me. Sorry.

It is that by their attendance at the forum and use the logo of UMI on your avatar and have privileges on the forum, all of us, customers find you is part of the UMI group. The team UMI does not follow the forum then?

I created that logo for this forum (5-10 mins work) but that doesn't mean anything about my affiliation. I'm a member of the user group here with moderator but not administrator privileges. I don't have any kind of contraction with UMI and I'm not controlled by them.
Yes, that seems nobody follow this forum at UMI despite that, this is their official site. I worked as a reseller of Chinese mobile phones for 7 years and I managed my own firm - a small company, just 4000 entry-level phones was sold at all. I can't even understand this attitude from the aspect of a manager.
