Lollipop for UMI Emax have any progress?

Any new information on the lollipop? already managed to solve the problem of camera modules and GSM (SIM CARDS)? if they have resolved at least the SIM could provide the boot.ini?

The answer is simple: They always believed and still believe that they will be able to release a lollipop upgrade for UMI eMAx. Of course, nobody says something that's against his/her faith. The 64-bit support gives a special importance for the lollipop upgrade but Marshmallow doesn't offer any important new features. Of course, that's everybody's own decision whether they want to bring out the most from their phones or just simply always need the newest things, regardless of their usefulness.

Ill tell you why, because android Marshmallow is about to launch, and having a phone that is 1 major version behind, then people dont mind so much, but having it 2 versions behind, people wont be interested in buying it.  

The current version of android we are using is 2 years old now, and yet umi is still selling it.  People dont like buying old technology

I provided the recent news about this in the appropriate thread today.
Earlier a TCL M2M firmware was provided that uses different camera and radio. In the real eMAX development no such issues were experienced, just a problem with the touch screen. As far as I know, that's the last issue that UMI developers have to solve.

That's a question I asked too but in fact that doesn't matter since all of these issues are kernel based that you can't change without the source code. The source of this whole problem is that (as UMI reported), TCL refuses to hand over the needed source code to UMI. My next question was that, how UMI could make a such contraction that didn't define the availability of source codes. I haven't got the answer.

Already there are 934million topic in UMI Community about the eMAX Lollipop. Almoust everybody open a new topic, and ask or say the same and the same things vhich are in the others UMI Lollipo topics.

I envy their tranquility. While there are a lot of issues that should be solved urgently (eMax lollipop, Iron sound and USB speed issues, promised CM and MIUI for Iron and Hammer S etc.), they just go on holiday and disappear again and again. I couldn't do that while I know, there are a lot of customers (people who gave me their money and trust me) out there waiting for me to solve the issues of the products I sold them or to give the services/software, that I promised.
Many of you guys request answers to your questions from me, but I can't access again any of those UMI employees since last Thursday. No response, so no answers from me. Sorry.

It is that by their attendance at the forum and use the logo of UMI on your avatar and have privileges on the forum, all of us, customers find you is part of the UMI group. The team UMI does not follow the forum then?
