Yes I had that happen too, not so much now after I have put most of the system apps in the Freezer and disabled many system app permissions.

But are you using Basic ROM and not stock launcher?

No I use official ROM. Iam not an advanced user and use only very normal apps as FB, weather, gmail etc

So what exactly is happening with your phone?
Are you using latest firmware with February kernel version (settings - about phone -)
