Hi, about 2 weeks ago I received an umidigi s2 from gearbest which suddenly shuts down with full battery. Can anyone help me?

UMIDIGI S2 IS A JUNCK! Manufacturer and Seller do not care. Settings are not functional. Defected product. Not worth buying. Here is the video of complaints which seller is refusing to accept the product for repair or correction.

hello!!! sos!!  my umidigi s2 after charging , restarts again and again every 10 sec. I did reset . Nothing changed . Finally i did factory reset and it is still open but it stucks all the time when i do smth .
please help me. I bought it 2 months ago from gearbest

Please press and hold power button for around 10 seconds. This should reset phone. Then please charge phone for 2 - 3 hours and try restart again.
If phone fail to start please contact seller.

Same problem I am living.

My S2 shuts down with 64%,
I put on charge more than 2 hours, I tried press power button long time, and with volume buttons. no changes.

I bought from GearBest, Their service only asked IMEI no's. No other actions.

Will be thanksful if someone will direct me what to do for repair my Umidigi S2

Hi,
There is no need put comments under every post especially that you  write your own post. Simply you should wait for respond from us or advice from users.
Comments like that are just spam and will be deleted and if you will be offender then you will be banned.
I don't see big issues in your device and for now I understand seller state.
By my opinion you should change battery settings exactly as you got notification after activating Bluetooth. Simply go to battery settings and change manually.
Also you should check and update to latest available firmware.
In Settings -  Battery you can choose the Regular Power Saving option to avoid wifi/bt disconnections, and also all messaging apps should be enabled in the list of 'Active apps after screen lock'.

Very strange case.
Did you talk to seller?
Please wait for solution from seller.
If you already performed factory reset last option will be flashing firmware.

hi , i have also some strange problem i see i go sleep and morning mobile phone wait for pin code and he second time restarted self in night time.
