Hi Umidigi Admin

We have noticed there is a smartphone INFOLIO by www.worldgn.com which has similar and almost identical UMIDIGI phone as yours. Kindly response on this issue soon.

Why is the phone similar and everything?

Its easy explained: actually therer are companies in Europe and China who design phones (appearance as well as technicial composition). Small companies like Umidigi buy those concepts/phones and put their own branding and software on it. There are some more small companies who sell actually the same phone, but with different OS on it.
Funfact: one of these comapnies is located in Hungary which is actually a very backwarts country (stuck in the 1990s and people wishing back to go to the 1930s)

Unfortunately you provided a bit mismatch informations. You put in to one "basket" specifications of S2 and S2 pro etc.
In last year Umi was also producing Umi Plus model under different name for third party company with their logo.
This type of things is happening and this is nothing unusual in today world.

Hmm.

My question is, why either one of the company found out and sue one another of copyright?

It looks like INFOLIO has everything the same as what umidigi offers. Just change the brand design. :/

Why should they do this? Ideas as property is an neoliberal Western thing which is responsible for less innovation. Without sharing ideas China would like the western countries stick in the 1990s.. To share ideas (open source) is the best tool for becoming better. And in this case the small companies pay others for developing a design. That's why Android became so powerfull and windows phones disappeared...
And who knows, maybe with this another small company releases a better version of S2pro for less money in some months?

You mean umidigi? Or INFOLIO's price has to be higher?

Actually, there IS one small difference. Infolio has a 2.3 GHz SOC, while the S2 has a 2.6 GHz SOC.
I know, I'm nitpicking
