You should flash complet ROM with SPFT.

I can do this with my cell phone turned off because he does not even call my friend.

Sorry but I don't understand your explanation.
Flash is mean put new system on your phone with computer and SPFT tool.
Please check SPFT instruction from here
http://community.umidigi.com/thread-16931-1-1.html
And here you have all available ROMs

Please use firmware upgrade in SPFT.
If this doesn't help please contact seller and ask for warranty solution.

Dear Sirs

I bought the UMIDIGI S2 with the IMEI 356930085356317 in late December 2017 and the following is happening with my equipment: I had to uninstall the applications that discriminate: Facebook, Messenger and Instagram, because there were times when trying to access facebook
, the smartphone stopped completely, obeyed nothing and restarted again.
After several times this situation I made the reset to the factory data several times, but it always happens the same thing.
Stop and restart again.

So thank you that they tried to solve this problem because I like the UMIDIGI mobile phones, so much that lately I have had the UMI Super, UMIDIGI Z Pro and I currently have the UMIDIGI S2.
So I was very grateful for a solution to this problem.

Kind Regards

Unfortunately S2 will not receive further Android upgrades due to hardware limitations. Also is not possible install custom ROMs based on Android 7 or higher.
